dsh-notifier: DSH Unified Notification Push Plugin

dsh-notifier is a DSH networking tool plugin maintained by THEWOLFWALKER, providing a unified notify() API with 27 outbound channel adapters. It supports automatic push for session events (turn/end, approval/asked, agent/error) and dual triggers from model notify tools, with six inbound channels enabling remote approval and session management. Starting from v0.5, it includes long-task heartbeat and in-notification stop functionality, and from v0.7, it supports identity pairing and a web management console.
